The Sovereignty of God (Part 3): Kings & Nations

Having looked at the sovereignty of God over creation, and over evil and suffering, we now look at the Lord’s providence over the nations. We tend to believe history ebbs and flows based on the whims and wills of strong leaders, but the Bible paints a different picture, where God raises up rulers and casts them down, and ultimately judges those who lead His image-bearers astray. In this powerful psalm we are called to worship the one true Sovereign of the heavens and the earth.
