Seven hundred years before the coming of Christ, Isaiah foretold: “Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin will be with child and bear a son, and she will call His name Immanuel” (7:14).
What does it mean that God became a man? What does it mean that in the very name Immanuel we have both God and Man in one person, the Lord Jesus Christ?
