Adult Sunday School

A Time to Grow

Our adult Sunday School classes are geared toward discipleship. In the past, adult Sunday School was a common offering at many biblical churches, but over the past few decades it has often been set aside, without filling the discipleship gap.

Because we desire to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Pet 3:18) we believe it’s important to take every opportunity to present the truth of Scripture. For those with children, this means as their kids are in Sunday School, they too have opportunity to learn.

Fundamentals of the Faith

Sundays @ 10:30 am

Fundamental to Christian growth and maturity is having a solid theological foundation. This class provides a way forward to that result. If you are a new believer and are looking to understand more of the doctrines that we uphold and cherish or if you are a mature believer that is looking to sharpen their thinking and handling of the word of God, then this class is something to consider.

We meet every Sunday between worship services in the Sunday school hour. The format of the class will be conversational, with facilitating questions prompted by the leading pastor. Please come with the weekly chapter read and be prepared to interact!

Cost of handbook: $10

Current Affairs

Sundays @ 10:30 am

Please come with a binder or notebook.

“The terrible, tragic fallacy of the last hundred years has been to think that all man’s troubles are due to his environment, and that to change the man you have nothing to do but change his environment. That is a tragic fallacy. It overlooks the fact that it was in Paradise that man fell.”

D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones, Studies in the Sermon on the Mount
