Kindness to Christ Remembered
In this message, we learn of an important event only days before the betrayal of Jesus, where a woman demonstrates such kindness toward Jesus that it is remembered today whenever the gospel is preached. This is the story of perfume from an alabaster vial poured out on the Saviour while He reclined in the house of Simon the Leper. But the woman who performed this act was scorned by the disciples. Had they already forgotten the lessons Jesus had taught them? We'll see in Matthew's twenty-sixth chapter what they needed to learn about Christ's death, burial, and resurrection.
