Jesus Walks on Water

One of the most beloved miracles of Jesus is when He walked on water in Matthew 14:22-36. In this passage we saw how Jesus Designs Our Circumstances; Demonstrates His Power; and Deserves Our Worship. With His disciples battered by the wind and waves He met them in their trouble and demonstrated His power once again over creation. Though Peter ventured onto the sea with Him, his weakness of faith caused him to take his eyes off of His Lord and he began to sink. In the mercy of Jesus, He grabbed Peter and calmed the seas.
