Part 5: The Economics of Evil

When biblical values permeate a society there is great blessing and protection that follow. Every nation that has established systems of justice and government on Scriptural principles has tended to thrive, whereas those that flout God’s law and standard inevitably bring about great suffering and peril. One of the great threats for Christians and all citizens, is that repeatedly in the past century or more, the degradation of society has often been accelerated with the complacency or even partnership of the church with evil. The problem and solution according to the Bible are simple, but the courage to call out evil for what it is and the willingness to do the work of reformation in the church and in our homes will require nothing short of revival by the power of God.
